Shipping policy
We only take orders for delivery to addresses in the United States of America, the 50 states located therein, and the District of Columbia. Please note that Jaeger-LeCoultre does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and hotels.
Delivery costs, which are not included into the price of the Jaeger-LeCoultre products themselves, are paid by Jaeger-LeCoultre.
Return policy
In order to ensure your total satisfaction, you (as a Customer or a Gift Recipient) may return Jaeger-LeCoultre Products purchased through the Customer Contact Center within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product.
Products that have not been purchased through the Customer Contact Center may NOT be returned to the Jaeger-LeCoultre e-boutique distribution center for refund or exchange.
Returns of Jaeger-LeCoultre products which are not in complicance with the conditions and timeframes set forth in the Conditions of Sale may be rejected by Jaeger-LeCoultre and will be sent back to you.
